Martin Bailey is a Tokyo based nature and wildlife photographer, specializing in capturing the nature of Japan, though turning his hands to many other genres. He releases a weekly photography Podcast, available in iTunes, as well as running a photography forum and this blog. He also runs popular wildlife and landscape photography workshops.

Martin is a proud member of the X-Rite Coloratti, a group of the world's top professional photographers who understand the importance of implementing color management in their digital workflow, and he incorporates color management instruction into his workshops and seminars. Martin's work has been published by Popular Photography Magazine, Korean Air, Creation Durable (Paris) and Light of Consciousness Magazine, among others. He also had five pieces in a joint exhibit Viaggiando Immaginando, in Italy. Martin was included in one of "The 30 Most Influential Photographers of The Decade" lists. Scott Bourne put Martin in the Top Ten Photographers to Follow on Twitter. Scott also kindly interviewed Martin and had him as the guest answerer on Photofocus Podcast Episode #7 and co-host of Episode #25.
